The bulkhead piece will need to be glued to the front bulkhead under the bonnet and you may need to cut some holes or slit the material to fit this around various parts

It tilts so that the hood can be stowed behind

The later Traveller and Estate models differ from the early models in that the foams were not completely flat and has a foam topper glued along the edges and in the centre to give the squab more shape.
